The space

The house features 2 bedrooms and a bonus room. There is a king bed in the main bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and the bonus room comes with a daybed trundle.
The bonus room was made for your kids with gaming consoles, decals and colorful lights.

The kitchen is fully stocked for any home cooked meals needed with a full size fridge, stove and microwave. Enjoy the fully remodeled eat in kitchen located right off the living room. The living room has a gas fireplace for cool nights.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in porch. Cook your dinner on the grill. Eat in the shed overlooking the fire pit. And don't forget your smores!!!

Outside is a fire pit with chairs and lights or enjoy your coffee first thing in the morning

Inside The Shed. The shed has big comfy chairs to be able to curl up and enjoy the fresh mountain air. This is a great extra hang out to spread out and relax.

Additional notes

Our home is surrounded by wood, so there is wildlife all around.
You may encounter raccoons, skunks, foxes, bears, deer, mice, spiders, bees, wasps, spider crickets, and ants. We can not control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
Pet fee is $65 no matter the size.

Our little neighborhood is quiet and was once all owned by Dolly Parton's family. It's a loop that's great for your daily exercise. We are centrally located, so it's easy to get Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and the Smokey Mountains.
